Job Description:

A Lifescape Mason can work well with others, is dependable, and takes direction. Responsible for leading the crew in the foreman’s absence, as well as safety monitoring, quality control, and other duties as assigned.

Compensation: $48,840-$55,080 per year

Responsibilities:

• Accurately install project according to plans and budget with guidance of Foreman.
• In the Foreman’s absence, lead crew in preparation and execution of daily tasks.
• Understands and follows blueprints, grading plans, construction drawings, proposals, and budgets
• Establishes grades and levels using a laser or zip level correctly
• Manipulates different types of manmade or natural materials
• Follow Lifescape’s construction manual for installation methods
• Understands and follows job packs
• Loads truck and trailer as needed to and from job site and or shop
• Attends monthly one on ones with Manager
• Orders and retrieves materials as needed
• Special duties and projects assigned as needed
• Follows maintenance procedures for all equipment.
• Checks fluid levels before operating
• Assists with communicating and directing crew on proper use of equipment as well as weight and volume limitations

Qualifications:

• OSHA-10 or higher (preferred)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) (preferred)
• 3+ years of field experience
• Valid driver’s license with approval from fleet insurance carrier
• Masonry Certification (Preferred)
